After completing my studies at the Tshwane University of Technology and cruising through a few jobs, I opend my catering company during 2000. Petri – Net Caterers ran for eight years when I closed down to take a well deserved break. After two years of enjoy being a house wife, I opened the Country Culinary Studio. This was the most fun I had in my entire career. Teaching what I love most to other eager foodies: cooking. When the school was about a year old, we decided to move to the country side. After settling in, its time to get back to cooking. Although the cooking school will have to wait, the pots are boiling. The Studio is back to some new-old challenges: catering!
The Studio will be catering for private and cooperative functions, packing some scrumptious pic nic baskets and platters, do some Home baking and much more.
